Message from Raiffeisen banka relating to COVID-19 virus

Raiffeisen banka is taking into account the interest of its clients as well as its employees in the newly arisen situation caused by the global pandemic. We are doing this primarily by applying the strictest measures of hygienic protection in our business premises. However, having in mind that at this time reduced mobility is the recommendation given by health authorities as the best mode of preventing the virus from further spreading, we would advise you to use our digital services instead of visiting our branch offices.

We would especially point out the following digital and other services which can be of help to you:

• Our new electronic and mobile banking system enables you to access your accounts at any time from anywhere and perform all your transactions safely and completely free of charge.

In addition, please be informed that the bank decided on other measures with the aim of helping to prevent the spreading of the Covid-19 virus for the period of the state of emergency, by temporarily changing the working hours of its branch offices.

We recommend that you have a look at the working hours of a particular branch office before visiting it.

If it is necessary that you visit a branch office, we kindly ask for your cooperation in regard to respecting the recommended general preventative measures:

• Please be kind to wait outside the branch office if you notice it to be crowded. The number of clients inside the branch office may not exceed five persons at any time.
• If you are already queueing, we advise that you maintain the recommended distance of at least two meters between yourself and other clients and our bank’s employees.
• We have applied rigorous measures to disinfect our ATMs and work surfaces, but we nevertheless recommend that you wash your hands thoroughly after using an ATM or handling money.

We believe that you will agree with us that the above-mentioned measures are the least we can mutually do in order to contribute responsibly to prevent the further spreading of the virus in our country.
