Choose short-term or long-term financing, or loans from the credit line of the European Investment Bank.

Short-term financing

Short-term financing is approved for a period of up to a year or longer, depending on the client’s creditworthiness, the credit purpose and collateral instruments. It can be used for:

  • Financing of working capital and permanent working capital
  • Structured trade finance that tracks the entire business cycle
  • Frame lines for credits, guarantees and letters of credit
  • Refinancing obligations towards other banks
  • Current account overdrafts
  • Request for short-term financing

    The credit request should contain:

    • A description of your company and the particular business arrangement the credit is needed for
    • Amount and tenor of credit
    • Comprehensive financial reports (balance sheet, including notes) for the last three accounting periods
    • Proposal of collateral instruments the client can offer
    • Elements of the business plan (investment structure, investment justification, etc), commercial contracts, etc.

Long-term financing

Long-term financing is approved for periods of up to ten years, depending on the purpose and creditworthiness of the credit user. It can be used for:

  • Financing the construction of business premises for the client’s own needs, as well as for market needs
  • Financing the purchase of equipment and expansion of capacities
  • Project financing (primarily real estate).
  • Request for long-term financing

    The credit request should contain:

    • A description of your company and the particular business arrangement the credit is needed for
    • Amount and tenor of credit
    • Comprehensive financial reports (balance sheet, including notes) for the last three accounting periods
    • Proposal of collateral instruments the client can offer
    • Elements of the business plan (investment structure, investment justification, etc), commercial contracts, etc.

European Investment Bank (EIB) credit line

Raiffeisen banka also offers credits from the credit line of the European Investment Bank, undertaking thereby the obligation to offer its credit users the benefit of using these credits with a longer maturity period and with a lower interest rate, which is as much as 50 basis points lower than the annual interest rate on credits without the participation of the European Investment Bank.

Apart from the above said, the bank has foreseen special benefits, i.e. a more competitive interest rate, for credit users who support the employment of young people by their business projects.

  • Request for credit of the European Investment Bank

    The credit request should contain:

    • A description of your company and the particular business arrangement the credit is needed for
    • Amount and tenor of credit
    • Comprehensive financial reports (balance sheet, including notes) for the last three accounting periods
    • Proposal of collateral instruments the client can offer
    • In case of long-term financing, please also submit elements of the business plan (investment structure, investment justification, etc), commercial contracts, etc.
