What Info Portal offers you

Comprehensive digitalized services that enable the full exchange of all necessary contracts, requests, notifications and other accompanying documents with the bank, all in one place, without the need for you to visit a branch office in person.

By accessing the Info Portal, every user has the option to quickly review the status of all credit and non-credit products (dinar and foreign currency accounts, credits,
guarantees and limits, credit cards, overdrafts, investment funds). 

Additional functionalities

Corporate clients of our bank who use the Info Portal can at any time have access to online credit requests, issuing guarantees and letters of credit, guarantee annexing, as well as automatic receipt download. 

This digitalized service enables business clients to have an overview of contracts and annexes, as well as all relevant information issued by the bank, and it offers very reliable analytics services, such as the Economic Report by Raiffeisen Banka with information on market movements.

The Info Portal enables the client to submit a request for opening an additional account, as well as to have an overview of the general documents of the bank with the option of downloading them (forms, instructions, general terms), also, to have an overview of the documents submitted to the bank (status documents) with information on missing documents and the option of direct uploading.
